Value-added tax

All prices on this website include VAT – where applicable. A breakdown of the VAT amount will be displayed at the checkout.

Delivery

We deliver all orders free of charge Monday to Friday – except UK public holidays. We only deliver to mainland UK.

Artwork

You must check your artwork carefully against the product specifications prior to submitting your order. We do not check for compliance or typos.

Colour conversion

If you don’t submit your artwork in CMYK colour profile, we will be entitled to convert the artwork to ensure it complies with our requirements.

Variations

We will not accept responsibility or liability for any colour variations and/or irregularities of your products which are caused as a result of artwork not complying with our artwork guide and product specifications.

Orders

Your order is considered accepted only when you receive a confirmation email that the artwork is being printed. We reserve the right to refuse orders if the artwork contains obscene, offensive, pornographic, fascist or radical content.

Turnaround time

We aim to deliver all standard orders within 1‑5 working days. Our turnaround time starts only when you receive a confirmation email that the artwork has been accepted.

Warranty

You should notify us within 3 days if the products arrive in a damaged or defective condition. In such case, we will fix the issue by resupplying your order.
